Phoenix Voice Rising is an independent news publication for the Metro Phoenix Area.

We empower disenfranchised, marginalized, handicapped, unemployed and homeless individuals by giving them a voice!

Each publication is written by and/or with the help of disadvantaged Phoenix locals. The publication is also sold directly by the writers, whom in-turn generate an honest and powerful income.

By working with Phoenix Voice Rising you help give a hand-up (not a hand-out) to those that are most at risk in your community!
