About Us
Founded in 1993, Kentucky Waterways Alliance, Inc. is a statewide non-profit membership organization. KWA’s mission is to protect, restore, and celebrate Kentucky’s waterways. We accomplish this through education, community engagement, planning, and advocacy. In 2014, we became the Kentucky state affiliate of the National Wildlife Federation.
