The Asian Pacific Community Fund (APCF) is committed to generating funds and resources for 29 non-profit organizations that provide quality services focused on the complex and diverse needs of the Asian and Pacific Islander community.
The Asian Pacific Community Fund Affiliate Agencies serve the greater Los Angeles area with a vast range of critically needed programs including: after-school tutoring and education, child care, health care, counseling and case management, disabled assistance, legal services, immigrant worker education and advocacy, low-income housing, food distribution, senior services, violence prevention, and more.
Our Affiliate Agencies collectively provide a wide range of programs and services to over 200,000 people in 27 Asian languages plus English and Spanish. Although many of the clients of these agencies are Asian Pacific Islander, our agencies serve people in need of all ethnicities.
APCF was founded in 1990 to establish a common vehicle through which people could donate directly to Asian and Pacific Islander communities in need. Each year, APCF educates and creates opportunities for employees across the greater Los Angeles area to support our member agencies through workplace giving campaigns, making convenient charitable contributions through payroll deductions.
Because APCF is the only organization in the United States that focuses on generating funds for the Asian Pacific Islander community through employee workplace giving, APCF is well-positioned to make an impact in the fast-growing Asian Pacific business community. The Asian Pacific Community Fund is vital link that connects donors to those in need by building a community of giving – one donor at a time.
