capital and credit for underserved
communities. NCRC is the premier
defender of the Community
Reinvestment Act requiring financial
institutions to serve all communities
where they're chartered. Also special
programs in financial literacy, small
business development, fair housing/
fair lending, research, and training.
$2.5M budget. 30+ staff.
