StreetWise Partners transforms the lives of disadvantaged, low-income individuals by helping them realize their career potential. We do so by delivering high-impact professional development services and providing two-to-one career mentoring by volunteers in corporate settings. Our unique career mentoring program leverages the experiences of a diverse network of business professionals and equips trainees with the skills, confidence and strategies needed to get on a path to economic self-sufficiency.

In our transformational 13-week Career Ventures program, trainees partake in weekly, interactive group workshops dedicated to specific topics in job skills and career development, such as resume writing, elevator pitch, and effective interviewing. Trainees, in collaboration with their mentors, develop concrete, achievable action plans that lay the framework for a career - not just their next job.

Established and headquartered in New York City, StreetWise Partners runs additional programs in Jersey City and Washington, DC, for a total of 14 programs annually.
