We – the faculty and staff of the Center for Global Affairs at NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies – welcome everyone with an interest in better understanding global affairs to an academic forum in downtown New York free from ideological constraints and overt political agendas. We offer credit, non-credit and public programs featuring international practitioners in courses and conversations that examine world affairs with a unique and rigorous approach – an approach that places academic theory in a practical, real-world context. We strive to foster a dialogue about global affairs that is accessible, relevant, provocative, creative and of the highest caliber possible so that our constituents may become effective agents of change and leaders on the world stage.
