The Connecticut Council for Education Reform (CCER) is a statewide non-profit organization that represents business and civic leaders who support comprehensive education reform efforts to close the achievement gap and raise academic outcomes for all students.
Established in 2011 as a direct result of the work of the Connecticut Commission on Educational Achievement (CCEA), CCER's goal is to support systemic changes that advance best practices and innovation in education to ensure that every child receives an exceptional education. Through public awareness, education and engagement, CCER seeks to broaden support for these efforts and effect long-term, sweeping change in the public education system.
