About Us

Established in 1904, the USTA Pacific Northwest (PNW) is one of 17 sections (or regions) of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Based in Beaverton, Oregon, the USTA/PNW is a non-profit organization and our mission is to promote and develop the growth of tennis in the Pacific Northwest.

The geographic area of the USTA Pacific Northwest consists of the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and the northern half of Idaho (above the 45th parallel only). The USTA/PNW has over 25,000 individual adult and junior members and over 200 organization members such as tennis facilities and community tennis associations who also help us to promote the sport.

The USTA Pacific Northwest offers tennis programs, leagues, and tournaments for players of all ages and ability levels. Please visit our website often as we will have frequent updates on tennis events and news that will help you to play more tennis throughout the Pacific Northwest.

As a nonprofit organization, USTA/PNW provides access to health/wellness, fun, and afforable programs for kids, teens, families, and seniors. Through partnerships with local organizations, government, and community organizations, the lifelong sport of tennis combined with life skills and character development help make a impact throughout neighborhoods in the Pacific Northwest.
