Description

Innovations for Poverty Action is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating, evaluating, and replicating innovative solutions to development problems.

Primary Objectives:

1) Develop innovative solutions to poverty problems.

2) Conduct randomized program evaluations of new innovations. We design evaluations that shed insight into why particular strategies work, not just whether they work, to make the findings useful for replication and scaling in other countries and settings and with new target audiences.

3) Facilitate the integration of evaluation processes into day-to-day operations to aid management of organizations and socially oriented firms.

4) Disseminate results of successful evaluations and facilitate the replication and scaling of successful projects to other appropriate areas of the world.
