The Intercultural Alliance of Artists & Scholars, Inc. (IAAS) is a NY-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that promotes multicultural literature and literacy. The IAAS publishes phati'tude Literary Magazine, an award-winning quarterly publication that focuses on writers of Native American, African, Hispanic/Latino and Asian descent.

phati'tude Literary Magazine is a collection of the best poetry, prose, short stories, articles and interviews along with literary criticism, book reviews and biographical profiles by established and emerging poets, writers and artists. Providing a forum for diverse voices and perspectives,
phati'tude Literary Magazine consider all writers multicultural.
