  • About Us

The "I Have a Dream" Foundation-Los Angeles selects the entire first grade class at a Title 1 school in a disadvantaged neighborhood and then provides those students with year-round programs of academic enhancement, mentoring, tutoring and cultural enrichment until they graduate from high school, at which time they are given scholarships to help them attend college or career training.

Through this long-term, continuous and comprehensive program "I Have a Dream" is able to double the expected high school graduation rate and put all of the Dreamers on the path to college.
