Black Women's Blueprint, Inc. (Blueprint) is a human rights and civil rights membership organization of women and men. Its purpose is to take action to bring Black women into full and equal social, economic and political participation in the mainstream of American society now. It works to develop a culture where Black women are fully empowered and where gender and race disparities are erased. It engages in compatible and progressive research, documentation and organizing for social justice based on the historical contributions of Black women and the ongoing struggles Black women face at home, at work, in their communities and, moreover, within the dominant culture as a whole.
