The Firm's mission is to provide the tools and training needed for effective communication which will aid in the successfully management and/or resolution of conflict that can hinder personal and professional growth and development. It's founder, Jamila Mindingall is a conflict management specialist with a thriving firm that focuses on facilitative management.
Ms. Mindingall has been cultivated the skills that are required to diligently manage people and projects as well as sensitive topics and unforeseen situations with poise and grace.
In her role as a facilitator, she has acquired the ability to confidently and effortlessly take charge and successfully bring order to chaotic affairs while actively listening to the concerns of all parties and conscientiously offering suggestions that would allow the parties to faciliate their conflict - benevolently and equitably.
Ms. Mindingall has mastered the art of active listening which has made her highly intuitive and perceptive in a manner that is very useful in building and maintaining quality interpersonal relationships. It has also made her become a more precise and detail-oriented individual with an invaluable desire to excel.
Ms. Mindingall has fostered her ability to assertively act as a liaison between divergent social, cultural and religious groups and in doing so, she has become an effective oral and written communicator and has an innate ability to evaluate outstanding issues and to render sound decisions that benefit the whole.
