IMEC is a volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to restarting impoverished hospitals worldwide. We do this by donating surplus medical equipment and supplies from U.S. hospitals to hospitals in need in impoverished countries throughout the world.
Our volunteer workforce pick up equipment and supplies, sort, clean, package, and prepare for shipment.
We work with humanitarian groups to identify hospitals in need and find to sponsors for the shipments.
