Harbor Communities Overcoming Violence (HarborCOV) provides emergency and support services for survivors of abuse and their children in the Chelsea, East Boston, Revere and Winthrop communities. HarborCOV takes an innovative approach to ending domestic violence through collaborative community organizing and providing culturally appropriate services for ethnically and linguistically diverse survivors.
