Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation

Established in 1998, The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) is dedicated to relentlessly pursuing innovative means that accelerate the development of next-generation multiple myeloma treatments in order to extend the lives of people with multiple myeloma and lead to a cure.

Multiple myeloma, a cancer of the plasma cell, is an incurable but treatable blood cancer. As the number-one private funder of myeloma specific research, the MMRF has raised more than $250 million to fund more than 130 research institutions worldwide, including 70 new compounds and approaches in clinical trials and pre-clinical studies and has facilitated more than 50 clinical trials through its affiliate organization, the Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium (MMRC).
