Mission Statement: Through innovative teaching in a caring and traditional environment, Epiphany School challenges every child to be a confident, curious, and courageous learner.
Epiphany School, a nationally accredited Pre-K through Fifth grade school, prides itself in offering a rigorous academic program, set in traditional classrooms with inspiring teaching and a spirit that fosters family involvement in the education of children. In the early grades, Epiphany teaches its children mastery of fundamental skills and concepts, especially in language arts and mathematics. The older grades place high emphasis on the application of these fundamental skills in the context of larger projects. Time management as well as organizational skills are also viewed as essential elements to graduating well-rounded, successful students. Small classes are enriched by specialists working in the following areas: language arts, math, science, technology, drama, French, Latin, music, visual arts, library/information skills, physical education. A learning skills program enhances the ability to differentiate the curriculum as well as help students with identified learning differences.
