Junior Achievement of Chicago has been providing quality economic education programs for nearly 70 years. Thanks to the help of over 140,000 business and community volunteers, since its charter in 1940 JA of Chicago has reached nearly four million students with hands-on learning experiences in the greater Chicago metropolitan area.
JA's goal for the 2008-2009 school year is to reach 380,000 Chicagoland students with our relevant economic education programs. We believe as a community, we can start inspiring tomorrow's leaders to make successful choices today.
