Niños de Guatemala (NDG) was founded in 2006. The organization starts and supports small-scale community initiatives in Guatemala, with a focus on education and youth. NDG's first project, the Nuestro Futuro elementary school, opened its doors to underprivileged children in nearby Ciudad Vieja in early 2009. NDG's second profect, the El Porvenir elementary school opened its doors in nearby San Lorenzo El Cubo in early 2012. NDG offers a weekly tour of Cuidad Vieja and our school Nuestro Futuro.
