In order to acheive our mission we hold health education lessons in primary schools, orphanages, prisons, churces and other places to help in alleviating diseases. The organization also organizes dental camps and mobile clinics in the poor communities in Kenya. The country has very few dentists (Ratio 1:60,000) and dental treatment is very costly hence our services are the only possible way out of dental problems for the poor.
In the future we intend to establish dental clinics to serve the poor communities in Kenya.
Our Project is named 'Smiles Of a Lifetime'
This project involves volunteers:
Holding health lessons in primary schools in poor communities
Dental examination and treatment
Other duties in the office.
Also volunteers will have opportunity to: interact with the local communities
Learn a new language and experience a different culture.
Make new friends and brighten the smiles of poor people
