CHRDSL is a human rights organization based in Sierra Leone which is set up to help the people of Sierra Leone to stand up for their rights. CHRDSL also engages business leaders, stakeholders, policymakers and politicians by drawing their attention to the implementation of economic, social development and that of human rights policies. CHRDSL also empower people through financial support and hands on project.

We at Campaign for Human Rights and Development Sierra Leone (CHRDSL) know that we don't have all the answers. We seek to promote the well-being of women, children and youth by addressing the root causes of serious problems.

Our work is to expand opportunities for poor and vulnerable people and to help ensure that their right to development is fully addressed, through education and advocacy.

We welcome ideas about how to do this most effectively. We seek high-impart ideas that have the potential to make a difference in the lives of poor and vulnrable people and require some results from such ideas to be measurable within three to five years time.

We search for ideas in many different ways: in reaching out to experts, innovators, non-governmental organizations, civil society organizations, educational institutions and associations interested individuals: in suspport of our work.

MISSION STATEMENT Campaign for Human Rights and Development Sierra Leone(CHRDSL) is a nonprofit whose mission is to seek, to advocate , support and conduct non-partisan research , education, and infromational activities to increase public awareness on right to development, in order to build a better nation.

VISION

The nation will have a well-informed and empowered population participating in a strong and vibrant development forum, to the benefit of poor and vulnerable people in Sierra Leone.
