From Jubilee USA Network's inception in 1997, we have successfully advocated for more than $130 billion in debt cancellation that millions of citizens in the world's poorest countries have benefited from. Jubilee USA Network has a long record of successfully altering critical public policy, winning commitments for international financial reform and debt relief from the US government, other G-20 nations and international financial institutions for the world's poorest countries. Money saved from our life-giving initiatives has gone to make healthcare more accessible and affordable, help prevent and treat HIV/AIDs, protect women and children who often suffer the most, promote a Green Climate Fund to support people in developing countries who are the most affected by the climate crisis but are the least responsible for it, increase access to education and improve access to clean water.
