About Us

Who We Are --

The Gang Diversion, Reentry, And Absent Fathers Intervention Centers of New York City (GRAAFICS) were created to serve as a 'port-of-exit' for young men genuinely interested in discontinuing negative or criminal behavior. GRAAFICS assist current gang members, former gang members, the incarcerated, the formerly incarcerated, and absent fathers with reforming the attitudes and behaviors that directly contribute to unhealthy, counterproductive decisions.

Our Mission --

To decrease criminal activity, recidivism and absent fathering by providing positive 'Real-Time' alternatives for people genuinely interested in change.

Our Vision --

GRAAFICS visualizes helping children by helping 'Fathers' become more responsible; helping ex-offenders' by providing healthy alternatives to reoffending; helping gang members by providing a safe 'out' that will lead to a more productive life; and helping the communityby changing the way our participants think, process and approach situations. We visualize our success through tireless self works and through transparent partnerships with those that share our view.
