The Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy (UCCD) is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit 501-c-3 organization dedicated to promoting mutual understanding and respect between the people of Utah and other nations. As a private sector partner with the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program, UCCD welcomes over 450 International Visitors to Utah each year for short-term professional and cultural exchanges. These Visitors are current and emerging leaders in business, law, government, media, education, science, and the arts, to name a few. UCCD is a member of the National Council for International Visitors (NCIV) and the Utah chapter of the World Affairs Councils of America (WACA). UCCD is located on the campus of Westminster College.
