First Parish's mission statement: To create a welcoming, sacred space where people of each generation can worship, learn, grow, find support, and celebrate life together.

To serve the local community and the world beyond as a source of open minded dialogue and a force for social justice.

Volunteers are needed every Tuesday to assist in the preparation and service of our weekly meal for the hungry and homeless, which is now in its 12th year. The morning shift (11:00 - 2:00) requires drivers, shoppers, and a kitchen staff to prepare soups, salads and sandwiches.
