Equal Exchange

Equal Exchange is a unique worker-owned co-operative dedicated to Fair Trade and building a food system that empowers farmers and consumers, supports small farmer co-ops, and uses sustainable farming methods. We believe in developing fair supply chains in which producers not only obtain a higher price for their products, but gain greater control over their lives. Unlike most companies who seek to maximize profit for their investors, our goal is to maximize benefits to farmers, and to continue in our work of developing supply-chains and market access for small producer groups.
