The Leadership LAB

The Leadership LAB is a project of the LA Gay and Lesbian Center.

The LAB comprises three separate projects: • Vote For Equality, based in Los Angeles, is focused on winning back marriage in California in the wake of Prop 8 by talking to voters and learning how to persuade them to support marriage for gay and lesbian couples. • The LGBT Mentoring Project provides strategic and long-term support and mentoring to LGBT organizing groups statewide who are dissatisfied with their organization's results. • The Emerging Leaders Program brings interns to the US from various countries with burgeoning LGBT rights movements to give them the skills and vision they need to build a productive program.
