Our mission is to empower and strengthen the City of New York with an added focus on the residents of The Manhattan Valley and Morningside communities. It is imperative to assist them to become active players in the legal, social, cultural and civic climates via our Citizenship classes, English as a Second Language (ESL), GED, Academic Advisement, Youth Development, Employment Training, Computer Classes and Housing Advocacy programs.
