Borough President Scott Stringer seeks employees to become part of our innovative team of civil-minded professionals focused on improving the quality of life for all Manhattanites. Our internship program seeks students, at the undergraduate and graduate level, to participate in government as part of his energetic, collaborative and innovative team. Prospective employees and interns must be committed to seeking out new and better ways for the office to connect with, and deliver for, Manhattan's diverse neighborhoods, communities and constituents. Employees and interns gain public service experience in a wide variety of professional areas including public policy, communications, constituent services, law, land use, social work, administration, special events planning and community relations.
