LeaderSpring

LeaderSpring's mission is to foster a powerful, equity-driven social sector by strengthening leaders and organizations; developing communities of leaders; and transforming the systems in which they work. We achieve this through our:

Two-year fellowship program and Alumni Network for nonprofit executive directors, which provides skills training, professional coaching, peer learning, and networking. Since 1997, LeaderSpring has awarded the fellowship to 187 exceptional leaders and their agencies.

Leadership and management training to clients of foundations, government agencies, and nonprofits. Through our consulting services, LeaderSpring has served 118 leaders and emerging leaders since 2010, both locally and statewide.

Through these programs, LeaderSpring achieves:

• High-performing, innovative nonprofits;
• Development and retention of top, diverse leadership and managerial talent in the nonprofit sector; and
• Improved quality or expanded scope of critical social services and advocacy programs that support low-income communities.
