Description

Anglia Ruskin University, based in the beautiful East of England, has a history dating back to 1858. The University offers a range of high-quality three-year undergraduate and one-year postgraduate degrees in the world-famous academic city of Cambridge, with a second campus in the historic city of Chelmsford.

Anglia Ruskin recognises that many students see a degree as an opportunity to learn skills and acquire knowledge which will help you to make a difference in the world. From Intercultural Communications to Dramatherapy; Cultures & Organisational Leadership to International Sustainable Tourism; Early Childhood Studies to International Social Welfare and Social Policy, there's a wide range to choose from at our University.

We are one of the most socially-inclusive universities in the UK, with over 97% of our students coming from state schools.

We were awarded a First in the Green League 2011 by People & Planet. The league table is based on 10
environmental criteria, including the percentage of waste recycled and CO2 emissions. Through our efforts to reduce our environmental impact we have achieved accreditation to ISO 14001, an internationally recognised standard, and we have been awarded the Carbon Trust Standard for our efforts to reduce carbon emissions.

According to the UK Government's most recent Research Assessment Exercise, Anglia Ruskin University is the UK's leading modern university for Psychology research. Our research in Allied Health Professions & Studies; Psychology and Social Work, Social Policy & Administration is also considered to be 'world-leading'.

Over 93 percent of Anglia Ruskin graduates are either employed or studying for a further qualification within six months of graduation: we hope to have the opportunity to help you to achieve your ambition to make a difference to your world.
