Description

OAR's mission is to develop, promote, and operate community based programs that provide Opportunities, Alternatives, and Resources to restore criminal offenders to productive roles in the community and offer options to prosecution and/or incarceration. OAR wants to encourage active citizen involvement in the restorative process through use of volunteers and presentations of educational programs about the criminal justice system.
