All Stars Project of Chicago

The All Stars Project of Chicago is the newest affiliate of the All Stars Project, Inc. For 30 years, All Stars has created ground-breaking performance programs that enrich the lives of thousands of inner city young people each year in New York City, Newark, New Jersey and Oakland, California.

In 2007, under the leadership of Chicago community organizer David Cherry, All Stars brought its flagship program, the All Stars Talent Show Network, to young people on the South Side. In the All Stars Talent Show, every young person who auditions makes it into the show. The youth, ages 5 – 25, also learn how to organize productions and perform as leaders in their communities.
