Description

The Queens Botanical Garden is a New York City-funded environmental and cultural institution located on 39 acres in Queens, the most ethnically diverse county in the country. Its Vision is "To be the botanical garden noted for presentation of plants as a unique expressions of cultural traditions," which it carries out by educational, recreational and community services to the populations of the borough, the city and the metropolitan area.
