Harlem Stage/Aaron Davis Hall, Inc. operates, supports, and presents performing arts programs in the Gatehouse; and in cooperation with City College in Aaron Davis Hall. Its mission is to: Foster the creation and development of new works by performing artists of color; Provide a valuable forum for culturally diverse artists, community-based performing arts organizations and regionally-significant arts groups; Institute important education initiatives for the metropolitan area's young people; and Present performances for the residents of Harlem at affordable prices.
