Community Link believes that having a disability should include having a good life filled with relationships and social connections between people who celebrate each other’s gifts. Every day we strive to bring together people with and without disabilities to create opportunities for making connections because our community is stronger when everyone has a chance at a good life.

Our Mission is: To actively support the inclusion of individuals with disabilities within our community.

We provide a variety of services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities from providing assistance in people’s homes, helping folks find supportive roommate situations, providing day program services that afford people the opportunity to spend time in their community, supporting people to find and keep jobs.

We value integrity, teamwork, respect and personal responsibility. Everyone we encounter, whether our employees, volunteers, community members, partnering organizations or those we serve can expect us to exercise these values.
