Learn Across Borders is proud to announce the opening of a community library in San Francisco de Macoris dedicated to raising up readers and training teachers. While material resources are scarce on the island, human capital is often difficult to come by. The library not only provides material resources to children and youth in the community, but connects them with highly trained and dedicated educators as well.
