The INTASAVE Partnership and CARIBSAVE are Not-For-Profit (NFP) international organisations with regional headquarters in the Caribbean, Africa and UK/Europe, working across South-South regions and China. The INTASAVE Partnership (INTASAVE) works around the world with governments, regional organisations, communities, the private sector, universities, international development agencies and development banks.
INTASAVE and CARIBSAVE use an international, holistic, inter-sectoral approach to addressing criticial issues surrounding climate change, international development, future risk, sustainability, socio-economics, environments and livelihoods. CARIBSAVE was originally formed in 2008 as a partnership initiative between the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre and the University of Oxford and is now an independent NFP organisation along with its sister, INTASAVE. INTASAVE and CARIBSAVE's staff comprise eminent scientists and international experts and practitioners, the organisations are dynamic and innovative in their evidence-based approach to reducing vulnerabilities, building resilience and capacities and communicating with global stakeholders.
