Dominican Sisters Family Health Service

DSFHS is a community-based, health and family service agency committed to providing compassionate, professional, holistic and family focused home and center based care to persons in need. Services foster a quality of life which promotes human growth and independence. Special emphasis is given to the care of the poor, marginalized and the elderly. Services include a certified home health agency and long term home health care; services to families living with HIV/AIDS; a prevention program through contract with NYC Administration for Children's Services; social work and case management programs; walk-in crisis intervention/outreach services; and the Infant-Toddler / Parent Program.
