We at Dallas AfterSchool Network believe our youth are in crisis. Afterschool time has a profound influence on the future of our youth. Discovering one's passion leads to a meaningful life, that's why we are dedicated to supporting North Texas youth in the hours after the school day ends. Learning doesn't stop when the final school bell rings, it is the beginning of an adventure!
Dallas AfterSchool Network exists to inspire youth to find their passion! This is done by enabling afterschool providers to engage our youth through high-quality programs. DASN informs, trains, evaluates and supports organizations that provide afterschool programs to youth in North Texas. Our mission is to improve the quality and availability of afterschool programs so that every child, no matter his or her location or family circumstance, has equal access to high-quality programming.
