Organizing and Leadership Training Center

The Organizing and Leadership Training Center was founded in l985 to develop new community organizations and support existing ones in New England states.

We are a community organizing network of 6 broad based community organizations in Massachusetts and one in Vermont. Our affiliated organizations are multi-issue, multi-racial, institution based in membership, partly dues based in funding. We use community organizing methods and try to practice values from our faith and democratic traditions.

Current affilated organizations of OLTC are Brockton Interfaith Community, United Interfaith Action of SE Massachusetts, Worcester Interfaith, Greater Boston Interfaith Organization, Essex County Community Organization, Pioneer Valley Project, and Vermont Interfaith Action.
