Turning Points for Children is the new identity of the recently merged non-profit organizations, Children's Aid Society of Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Society for Services to Children.
Both organizations combined have provided nearly 300 years of services and support to children and families. These two organizations have merged to provide more quality programs to more families in the region – creating stronger families and brighter futures!
Turning Points for Children's Vision is to: all children will grow up in a nurturing and protective family environment that provides them with the framework to make positive choices and become healthy, productive, and self-sufficient adults.
Turning Points for Children's Mission is to: support families in raising safe, healthy, educated, and strong children by partnering with caregivers to develop and strengthen protective qualities and by offering them the tools, skills, and resources they need to ensure their children's optimal development.
