The mission of Acelero Learning is to bring a relentless focus on positive child and family outcomes to close the achievement gap and build a better future for children, families, and communities served by the Head Start program.

We support high quality early childhood education by partnering with local community leaders who serve as the board directors for each of our local affiliate Head Start programs. At the heart of this approach is the belief that each community, like each family and each child, is unique. Our local boards help us ensure that every Acelero Learning Head Start program is truly responsive to the needs of its community.

Running a high-quality local Head Start program has never been more demanding. Changing federal regulations, stricter accountability standards, and the unpredictable daily challenges of managing ongoing program operations can overwhelm even the most highly trained, well prepared grantees.

Given the importance of their work, Acelero Learning believes that Head Start directors and management teams should have the best tools and resources at their disposal to ensure they have the maximum positive impact. We focus on helping our partners build effective management systems through long-term, ongoing partnerships that provide on site coaching and feedback, technology and tools, and network support. Our goal is simple: to help each of our partners operate a world-class Head Start program that creates real change for children, families, and staff who participate.
