Description

The Boston Chapter of the National Organization for Women (Boston NOW) has a long tradition of local activism in support of social justice causes. Working in conjunction with NOW's national offices and Massachusetts NOW, Boston NOW seeks to address the inequities facing women by focusing its work in five issue action areas:

  • Reproductive Rights
  • Civil Rights
  • Economic Rights
  • Violence Against Women
  • Racial Justice

Boston NOW prides itself in working simultaneously to react to current events in line with NOW's political and social ideals, as well as conducting programming relevant to the five action areas listed above.
