Description

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers is a Migrant and Community Health Center committed to providing quality, comprehensive primary health care services to anyone in our target region, regardless of ability to pay. Our services include: adult and pediatric health care, dental, migrant outreach and health education, nutrition counseling, social service counseling, WIC, Medicaid/CHIP enrollment, and diabetes outreach and education. Centers are located in Atlantic City, Hammonton, Salem, and Pleasantville, NJ. While our patients come from a wide variety of backgrounds, we advocate strongly on behalf of uninsured and underserved populations in five counties of South Jersey.
