Human Affect Ad Hoc Unit "Youth Peace Ambassador" international human rights learning training initiative is an ad hoc unit "Best Practice" Implementation Initiative that generates conscience learning through Art, Athletics and Science as a foundational conduit for awareness, healing, recovery and restoration of human life, all living things and life giving elements, resources, enegies.

Human Affect was established in 2006 and fully pioleted in 2008 within the international United Nations community!
