Philadelphia Legal Assistance provides free civil legal services to Philadelphia's low-income community. Full-time attorneys, paralegals, and clerical staff specialize in areas of law most affecting the community we serve. Specialists are available to give advice or to provide representation in the following areas of law: Mortgage Foreclosure, Consumer, SSI, Disability, Welfare, Divorce, Support, Custody, Domestic Violence, Medical Assistance, Unemployment Compensation, and Farmworkers.
