FONDESCH pledges to demonstrate interest in alternative education for youth and to fight against child labor and domesticity. FONDESCH, Inc also provides youth leadership community development and awareness; encourage them to become active community leaders, members, educators, and provide proper training and self-opportunities.

FONDESCH corporate gave approximately worth $10,000.00 annually in scholarships in Haiti. We are focusing on improving the education and health of children and their families in Haiti, primarily in the remote area neighborhoods. This program designed to bridge the gap to help find corporate sponsors to support the "Education, Arts and Sports programs" because the children and teachers have very limited access to educational resources.
