CFLeads is a national network of community foundations leading change across the United States. We help community foundations build strong communities by advancing effective practices, sharing knowledge, and galvanizing action on critical issues of our time.

CFLeads is a national network of community foundations committed to community leadership.

As a network of peers, we help individual community foundations access the tools they need to become community leaders by creating learning opportunities and resources that build the capacity of community foundations to lead change. We also help community foundations develop responses to critical issues in their communities that are centered on the needs of their residents.

Lastly, we lead the field by conducting research, highlighting best practices, and looking ahead to where the community field is going and how we can help. We do this in partnership with other philanthropy-serving organizations and with our community foundation network.
