CSBM also provides outsourced services, where our trained and experienced team members step in to manage a school's financial, operational and human resources-related responsibilities. These services, which are tailored to the unique culture and needs of schools, utilize proven methods that allow school leaders to focus on what's most important – student achievement. CSBM has worked with over 125 existing and proposed charter schools and school support organizations in New York, New Orleans, and Chicago to ensure sound fiscal and operational practices.
